I think it's fun when Oppo'ers share their own cars.

These are the two cars that I own. The black A4 1.8T Quattro on the right was my first car, given to me 8 years ago. It is my DD, my buddy, and my companion.

The blue A4 1.8T Cabriolet on the left is the first car I ever bought myself! I got a great deal on it, fixed it up a bit, and will be putting it on the market to sell next week.

It's a hell of a feeling buying your first car! It's yours. You can do whatever the hell you want to it, because that whole, beautiful machine, for all its glories and all its failures, is yours.

That's wicked empowering, folks.

And simply because I've been making this joke all day:

I love it! Looks like you live in Utah; I was considering moving to Denver w/ my GF for a while and we had basically decided we were gonna have an AWD german wagon, and a (lovely) winter beater SUV! Beat us to it.

V6 2.7 biturbo. Not a huge fan of the B6 styling, but I love the 4.2 V8 in the S4. 2.7T is just one of my favorites. Lots of turbo noises and descent fuel mileage.

There's no accounting for taste. I love the B6 styling because it's got a fat ass.

I hear the V8 is nasty, but that the CVT can be a real pain in the ass.

There's a real easy solution to the CVT issue, which I use in my S4. 3rd pedal.
